The carrier's maximum liability in the event of loss or damage is limited to their
determination of "fair value", which in no case can exceed (i) a maximum of
$11,125.00 USD or $25.00 USD/lb. (whichever is lower) for new goods, or (ii) a
maximum of $44.50 USD or $0.10 USD/lb. (whichever is lower) for used goods. Claims
can be denied and/or the amount paid can be less than the value of the shipment
based on, but not limited to, the carrier's tariffs, commodity restrictions,
released value provisions, and/or limitations of liability, or applicable common law
exceptions to liability (i.e. act or default of shipper, act of God, act of the
public enemy, act of a public authority, and/or an inherent vice of the commodity
shipped. The Company may offer upon request a cargo coverage insurance policy for
purchase by the Customer. For details, please contact your account

This rate is only available for shipments meeting this quote's exact criteria, booked
through PGI Transport, and moved with a PGI Transport bill of lading within 24 hours
of this quote.
